Simon Stevenson, Head of Private Client

Simon Stevenson is the Partner with responsibility for our team of Private Client lawyers. Simon is a fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly and is Secretary of the Devon and Cornwall Group of Solicitors for the Elderly.

Simon qualified as a Solicitor in 1996, and joined our firm in 2013 and since then has gained considerable experience in dealing with Wills, Probate, Court of Protection, Lasting Power of Attorney and Elderly Client issues. He is also a very experienced residential property lawyer.

Simon was educated at Gowerton School, Swansea followed by Nottingham Trent University and University of Wales, Cardiff where he completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course with distinction. Simon has worked in Plymouth since 1994 enabling him to establish a loyal client following.

Simon enjoys spending time with his wife and children, managing his son's football team, travelling, surfing, and watching rugby (sadly his playing days are behind him).
